We plan to arrive on Monday March 15, 2027. We will also partake in Snowboarding Tuesday-Thursday as well as Saturday in between our farewell brunch. Please let us know if you plan to arrive and enjoy the mountains with us.

We will be staying with Trappeurs Lodge rented through Simply Steamboat. We will be near the base of the resort. Please feel free to book your accommodations to what fits your needs for the week.

The ceremony will be short and sweet performed outdoors on the sundeck. Please bring warm layers. Cocktail and reception will be indoors.

Gondola transport will be provided to our ceremony and reception. You will be responsible for getting yourself to the gondola base. The gondola will be operational to our guests only starting at 5 PM. Complimentary parking will be provided at the gondola the day of the wedding. If you are staying downtown, please utilize the free shuttle and bus services to Steamboat Ski Resort. Most hotels and rentals may have complimentary shuttles for their guests that may end at 10pm. The city bus only runs until 11pm. Please know you are responsible for getting home after the party.
